By now I am sure you have heard of “zoodles’. If not, zoodles are simply zucchini noodles! I have been wanting to try them ever since we received a hand held spiralizer as a wedding gift. I am not a huge vegetable fan, so I was a little nervous about how they would taste…but they turned out great!
1 1/2 cup pasta sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Wash zucchinis.
- Spiralize zucchinis.
- Mix zoodles and pasta sauce together.
- Place in a large skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast over zoodles/pasta sauce and serve.
*2 zucchinis were just enough for me and my husband.
