Quick & Easy Zoodles

By now I am sure you have heard of “zoodles’. If not, zoodles are simply zucchini noodles! I have been wanting to try them ever since we received a hand held spiralizer as a wedding gift. I am not a huge vegetable fan, so I was a little nervous about how they would taste…but they turned out great!


2 Zucchinis

1 1/2 cup pasta sauce

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  1. Wash zucchinis.
  2. Spiralize zucchinis.
  3. Mix zoodles and pasta sauce together.
  4. Place in a large skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle nutritional yeast over zoodles/pasta sauce and serve.
  6. Enjoy!!

*2 zucchinis were just enough for me and my husband.
