I was randomly scrolling through the local news yesterday and an article popped up about a new Blue Bell flavor! I always love seeing their new flavors (even if they are ones I won’t try or don’t really like). Blue Bell always has interesting flavors and their classics are AMAZING! My husband picked me up a pint of this new flavor last night. It was delicious! The base flavor tastes like a birthday cake ice cream flavor (which is super yummy). And I loved the icing swirls that were in it (nice and sugary true to cookie cake inspiration). They are definitely the perfect addition to it, along with the “cookie cake” pieces! I would give it an 8/10. If you love “creamy” ice cream, this flavor is definitely worth trying!
