While I was visiting Washington D.C. a few weeks ago I went to Starbucks to order my usual “Dirty Chai Latte”. After I had already ordered I saw the sign advertising the limited time Cherry Blossom Frappuccino. After seeing all of the beautiful Cherry Blossom trees during “peak bloom”…I was definitely on a Cherry Blossom high, so of course I had to order this too!! And it was actually pretty good! It tasted like a vanilla bean frapp mixed with strawberry deliciousness topped with matcha powder! Technically, there isn’t any cherry flavoring in this drink and apparently that had some people mad. Sadly its time has come and gone because I tried to order it back here in Houston and they don’t make it anymore :(. I am sure you can still order it as a custom drink and just tell the barista the ingredients used to make it!
