I am a huge Erin Condren fan. I have been using her planners for 4 years now and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. I received a “gratitude journal” at a discount when I bought one of my planners a couple of years ago. I never used it. Recently while cleaning I stumbled upon it again and decided “why not try it?”. Hopefully this will help me gradually want to journal a lot more and more in depth.
When you first open the gratitude journal you will find pages such as the ones below:
There are other pages with different prompts as well. Basically this is just meant for a quick & short journal entry. The prompts inspire you to think about your day and even the smallest moments can be ones that you are grateful for! The thing I love about this is that there is no right or wrong. The moment you write down can be amazing/life changing or it can be something very simple. There are also reflection pages staggered throughout. 30 days, 3 months, and 6 months. These serve as a check in to reflect on your previous days and things you want to accomplish in the coming months/days.
I have only been using it about a week now. I write in each night before I fall asleep. Hopefully I will continue this and see a few changes in my day to day life and how to be more gracious!
