Birthday Freebies

A tradition that I have adopted in the past few years on my birthday: spending part of my day going to various stores/restaurants/places that offer “freebies” on your birthday. My birthday was this past Wednesday and y’all know exactly what I did!!! There are SO many birthday freebies out there, you’d be surprised. And all of the ones I go after do not require a purchase! You just have to show them your ID or sign up for their “perks club” and type in your birthday and you’ll receive the free birthday offer! (for the ones that require you to join their club for birthday freebies, always do this a few weeks or even a couple months in advance so that there is time for you to be put into their system and receive the deal on your birthday).

 

The following are my favorite birthday freebies:

Sprinkles Cupcakes

If you are a Sprinkles rewards member you get a free cupcake of your choice on your birthday! To join the rewards club it is completely free and does not require a purchase.

Starbucks

If you are a member of the Starbucks rewards program (free to join) you get a free redemption on your birthday! It’s value is $10 and it is added to your rewards app, you only have 24 hours to use it. The above is my go to drink: dirty chai latte… an iced chai latte with a shot of espresso!

 

ULTA

Ulta gives you a free deluxe sample on your birthday. I am not sure if it varies by location but I got this same sample for my birthday last year. It’s a Lancome mascara primer and it definitely works! I love it.

 

Sephora

If you are a Sephora rewards member (free to join) then you get a special free gift on your birthday. Usually they have a couple of options for you to choose from, from what I’ve seen they are all deluxe samples.

 

These were the only places I went to this year but there are TONS of places!!!! Just google “birthday freebies” or “free stuff on your birthday” and there are a bunch of links to pages that list all of the places that have birthday offers. Some of them have to be used on the exact day of your birthday, some of them are the week of, or just at some point during your birthday month!
